18 Avenue Uptown Mount Royal Bed and Breakfast features two wonderfully appointed rooms. The Gardenside Room has a queensize bed and it's own private garden. The Fireside Room has a cozy fireplace for a single traveller. Gourmet breakfasts are served every morning. |

A Visa, Master Card, or American Express number and one night's deposit are required at time of booking, and full balance of your stay is due upon check-in.
As with most other bed and breakfasts, you will not find round-the-clock, full-time staff attending to registration and check-in. It is therefore important to be relatively precise when stating your arrival time, and arrive punctually, or otherwise advise if delayed by unforeseen circumstances to ensure someone is here to greet you.
Breakfast is served at 8 A.M. Food restrictions need to be discussed at time of booking.

Early or late check-ins are welcome with advance notice and specific arrival time.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You are responsible and charged for the cost of your stay at time of booking. Full refunds are provided with 14 days notice.
Cancellation refunds do not apply to One night stays, Special Events (ie. Calgary Stampede, Petroleum Convention, major cultural and sporting events, etc.) and Winter Rate Special. These stays are to be paid in full at time of booking without refund.

From Airport, drive towards city centre, southbound Barlow Trail. Turn westbound onto Memorial Drive turnoff. Drive westbound on Memorial Drive to City Centre, 4th Avenue turnoff. Follow this turnoff over the bridge onto 4th Avenue. Travel westbound on 4th Avenue to 5th Street Southwest. Turn left (southbound) on 5th Street SW. Drive on 5th Street to 17 Avenue SW. Turn right (westbound) on 17 th Avenue SW. Turn left (southbound) at 7th Street SW, and take your first right (westbound) on 18 Avenue SW. Look left (south) for the green house and you're home.
