Welcome to Forest Reflections Luxury Bed & Breakfast. Instead of crowded Victoria come and relax on our 5 acre estate only minutes away from over a dozen vineyards and a ciderworks in the Cowichan Valley . The Cowichan Valley is known as "The Warmland" and was selected as the #1 rural destination in Canada by Harrowsmith Magazine. Located near Cobble Hill Forest Reflections Luxury Bed & Breakfast is only a short 45 minute Drive from Downtown Victoria over the breathtaking Malahat Drive.
The Cowichan Valley has it all - farms , forests, lakes and rivers, hills, mountains, trails, and wonderful ocean beaches. From our estate you can cycle or hike, and it is also a short drive to the Oceanside village of Cowichan Bay , two world class golf courses, and the Island's only trout ranch if you are looking for some great trout fishing. We are also a short distance from Duncan for shopping, and Chemainus with its world famous murals.
On our estate you can relax and unwind in our tranquil forest setting You are invited to relax on our decks, take a stroll through our wonderful gardens (featured previously on the Cowichan Valley Garden tour) or sit and relax with a book or glass of wine around our beautiful little lake complete with dock & trout. Or gardens and lake have rapidly become a haven for hummingbirds, songbirds, and many other feathered friends including eagles, owls , osprey, blue herons, and kingfishers to name a few. Maybe you will see them too! And don't forget the deer and rabbits who like to share the garden as well!
We offer 3 Luxurious rooms all with "birds eye" views of the Pond. A Romance room complete with canopy bed a 2 person jettub, Country Room with 4 Poster Queen Size Bed & sitting area, and our Double Room which has 2 very comfortable Single Beds. All rooms have cable TV , central air conditioning, wireless internet, and attached bathrooms. We also offer 2 wonderful one bedroom Luxury Vacation Suites for those looking for an alternative to Bed & Breakfast.

COUNTRY ROOM - $ 159/night
How about relaxing in our spacious Country Room to enjoy our Forst Setting? Make yourself at home while you stay. Enjoy the 4 poster pine country queen sized bed complete with a supercomfortable independent coil pillowtop mattress. The room also features 9 ft ceilings,maple hardwood floors, wireless internet access,individual room temperature control,colour cable tv, sitting area, & direct acess to 4pc bathroom with a tub & shower. Sleep soundly on our Queen Sized 4 poster bed with a super comfortable pillow top independent coil mattress. The room has a cozy sitting area too!
DOUBLE ROOM $149/night
The Double room features 2 very comfortable single beds with pillow top mattresses. The room also features 9ft ceilings, cable TV, maple hardwood & ceramic flooring, wireless internet access, individual room temperature control,tasteful decorating, a great view of the pond, & direct access to a full bathroom complete with tub & shower.
THE CARRIAGE HOUSE VACATION SUITE $195/night or $995/week
This one bedroom suite offers privacy and comfort. Located on its own on the upper level of our carriage house it is over 750 sqft in size offering a very large spacious bedroom with Queen sized Brass Bed & Pillowtop Matress,sitting area and full private ensuite. It has an ultra modern kitchen and livingroom area to sit and relax. Both the Bedroom & Livigroom have colour cable TV. From the entrance you are able to see our wonderful little lake and some of our gardens.

If you are coming from Victoria/Mill Bay: Continue north on the Island Highway from Mill Bay . Make a lefthand off the Highway to Hutchinson Rd (there are a set of lights there!) Drive west on Hutchinson until it ends(you will see railway tracks across the street). Turn right heading north on Cobble Hill/Cowichan Bay Rd for approx 1kilometer. Then make a left hand turn onto Thain Rd (Marked by green factory on corner with a sign saying "Joinery". You will immediately cross a set of railroad tracks. Continue down Thain Rd for just over 2 Kilometers , then make a righthand uphill turn on to Kingburne. We are 3.4 Kilometres down the road on the lefthand side (3401 Kingburne). Drive on up to the big red house and feel free to park anywhere. WELCOME TO THE FOREST!!!If you are coming south from Duncan/Nanaimo it will be a righthand turn off the Island Highway heading west on Hutchinson Rd. Then follow the directions above.
