Reservations may be secured with a deposit of 40% of expected total-to-a minimum of

one night's lodging.

48 hour cancellation policy (prior to arrival and departure) applies to all reservations.

Cancellations may result in a loss of deposit if accommodations cannot be re-let.

Check in time 4 to 6 pm. unless prearranged. Check out time is 11 am.

10% discount offered for each consecutive night after first one.
